City Heart Care is a licensed nursing home and care centre at 17, Jalan Paya Manis in Taman Johor, Johor Bahru. Founded in 1993 as a small old folks home, it registered with the Ministry of Health in 2004 — making it one of the earliest MOH-licensed nursing homes in Malaysia. The centre has since grown to 14 bungalow-style homes on a single campus, staffed by a team of 90 nurses, caregivers, and physiotherapists under founder Mr Yeo Thiang Huei. Two on-call doctors, Dr. Ibrahim and Dr. Bala, have been associated with the centre since its early years. All staff hold CPR certification.
